Rnd 5: SI st in same st as joining, * ch 3, sc in 3 ch from hook for picot, sk next st, sl st in each of next 3 sts; rpt from * around. Join, Cut yarn and fasten. SLEEVES—Rod 1: With wrong side of last rnd on sleeve facing, attach yarn to top of 2-joint dc at underarm, ch 1, sc in same st, dc in each dc around sleeve. Join with si st to first sc. Neck Edging: With wrong side facing, attach yarn in first ch of starting chain at neck edge. Rnd 1: Working along the opposite side of starting chain, se in same st where yarn was attached, sc in each ch around. Join to first sc. Ch 1, turn. Rnd 2: Sc in same sc as joining, sc in each sc around. Join. Ch 1, turn. Rnds 3 and 4: Work the same as Rnd 4 and 5 of Body Edging. Cut yarn and fasten.

FINISHING: Pin sweater to meas­urements on a padded surface; cover with a damp cloth and steam very lightly. Remove when completely dry.
